As we were travelers passing through Burgos as a means to get to another location, we had no other reason to choose other than a fair price. The bonus for us was that your hotel met all our needs as tired travelers, for comfort and style of all things Spanish, we loved the decor, our room was both clean and comfortable and your staff were more than helpful. We would recommend on this basis, however as location was a bit out of town. Taxi was cheap and that was to our advantage

The food at dinner was excellent,as was the service. The Continental breakfast unfortunately was not very good and the slices of toast were the size of house bricks. This has to be improved. The decor and the artifacts displayed were wonderful.
The hotel was very difficult to find, even the navigation system could not detect the location. A fellow guest in the restaurant a young Portugese Engineer told us that like ourselves it also took him an hour after arriving in Burgos to find the Hotel. His Sat Nav also could not detect the location.

Excellent staff and good facilities. The security of the underground car park of great importance to us as we were travelling in a soft top sports car.

Reception Staf very helpful.
Hotel quite dated and area surrounding full of old high rise flats....did not feel safe at night. The hotel is also not close to the old part of town where the bars and restaurants are...it is a good 20/30 minutes walk away.
